Ovonyx Contractual Rights Lawsuit
In July 2018, Energy Conversion Devices Liquidation Trust (the 95% owner of Ovonic Cognitive Computer, Inc.) filed a complaint in Federal Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Michigan against defendants Ovonyx, Inc., Tyler Lowrey, Micron Technology, Inc., Ovonyx Memory Technology, LLC and Intel Corporation regarding its contractual rights related to agreements with Ovonyx, Inc.
